Road Safety Inspection of Sector in Carretera Interoceánica Sur 

The Project

TRANSIS staff conducted a road safety inspection of the Sector Carretera Casahuiri, located in the Segment 4 of Carretera Interoceánica Sur. The inspection included a tunnel of 209 m long and an urban segment located in the Casahuiri Town, District of San Gabán, Puno. TRANSIS staff identified risk elements prior to opening to the public and a series of recommendations were presented in order to obtain a safer road for the road users.
